Nomo Pesto is our small-batch fresh microgreen pesto — made right here at the farm with our own microgreens as the hero ingredient. No nuts. No dairy. Fully vegan. And honestly, it’s one of the most delicious things we make.
The name says it all: no nuts, no dairy, no compromise on flavour. We blend our freshest microgreens with quality olive oil, garlic, lemon and seasoning to create a pesto that’s vibrant, fresh, and unlike anything you’ll find on a supermarket shelf — because it’s made in small batches and it’s genuinely alive with flavour.
Use it on pasta, spread it on sourdough toast, dollop it onto roasted vegetables, swirl it through soup, use it as a pizza base, or eat it straight from the jar with a spoon. We won’t judge. We’ve done it.
